As the name suggests, spell bee competitions are spelling contests where students are asked to spell the words correctly, with a varying degree of a medium, i.e., easy to difficult. As written in dictionaries, student participants must know the root words, which will help enhance their performance in spell bee.

In view of this objective, English Department of S.S.P.S. organized the 'Spell Bee Competition' for the students of Grade 1 and 2 successfully. This activity also facilitates to learn new words. It helps to test memory skills and on the spot thinking. It also benefits the students to enhance their literacy skills.
